Summer of Psalms - Psalm 62: In The Silence

July 9th, 2023

It's not going well for David. People are looking to knock him over as they would a rickety fence, smiling to his face while stabbing him in the back. In the midst of all of this turmoil, he discovers God's simple yet powerful invitation: "For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken." (Psalm 62:1)

Please join us this Sunday as we discover God's continuing good news in these words, especially for our turbulent times today.
