Psalm 24: King Over Chaos

It doesn't take much to realize that chaos seems to be at every turn we take, threatening to overwhelm us. As pressing as it seems to us now, this is not a new problem. In Psalm 24, David confidently expresses his faith that God is actually king over the chaos. How did he have that confident faith in the face of uncertainty and chaos? Is that same confidence available for us today?
