Being Church: God's Ragtag Family (of Heroes)

Reflecting on the variety of beautiful and powerful biblical images for church we've studied recently, something important stood out: Church is never described as an event but rather as an identity. Nothing could be more true of the final image we are looking at - the church as God's ragtag family.

The writer of Hebrews paints a beautiful picture of what this family is all about in chapter 2 as we re-discover our place and our purpose in God's family. Please join us as we conclude our series, "Being Church" as we worship and celebrate the Lord's Supper together as God's ragtag family.
