As we continue our look at the Gospel of Mark, we come to the section of Jesus' baptism. It is a beautiful moment that can easily capture our imaginations with its descriptive imagery, but what was its purpose? Why is this moment so important to us individually as Christ followers and collectively as a community in faith?
