The Parables of Jesus: The Sower

As a pastor, one of my biggest fears is that the message was unclear, that I didn't explain something clearly enough so that people would be moved into transformation and action. Jesus didn't seem to mind leaving people scratching their heads though as he masterfully told them parables, puzzling stories designed to draw them further into God's grand story of the coming of his kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Please join us this Sunday as we begin to explore some of the parables of Jesus, beginning with the parable that explains the parables, the parable of the sower from Mark 4:1-20.
