The Call of Home: Luke 15:1-2 & 11-24

The lyrics of an old 1980s song by Chris DeBurgh fit this text.  The lyrics go: "Ship to shore, do you read me anymore?

This line is bad, and fading,  Ship to shore, answer my call, send me a signal, a beacon to bring me home."  

It's a song about the call of home; and so is Jesus' story.
