Last week, we heard Jesus' daunting, yet life-transforming invitation to "love our enemies" and to "be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect." The question was raised..."but how???"

As we continue our journey through Jesus' sermon, Jesus shows us the way - by "practicing righteousness" through giving to those in need, praying and fasting. Sadly, throughout history, Jesus' instruction has been taken as impossible to achieve standards rather than the beautiful, life-giving, world-changing invitation it is.
