There are so many great things that we as Jesus followers are invited into: studying Scripture, social justice, community and fellowship, corporate worship, just to name a few. However, as we'll see in this week's passage, Jesus is inviting us to consider - are these things pointing us to life with him, or are we stopping short, looking for life in these things? In other words, are we accepting God's invitation into a vital, intimate and life-giving relationship, or are we getting stuck in what some might call religion?
